Glenn Triggs

Glenn Triggs serves as Birdon’s Director of Business Performance, providing leadership and strategic direction across the company’s Quality, Facility Investments, and Strategic Supply Chain functions. In this role, he works closely with teams across the organization to strengthen operational performance, enhance capabilities, and support the successful delivery of Birdon’s programs and strategic objectives.

Glenn brings extensive experience in leadership, finance, and organizational management. Prior to joining Birdon, he built a distinguished 35-year career in banking and finance, holding a variety of leadership and executive management positions.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement and business excellence, Glenn helps ensure Birdon’s infrastructure, supplier network, and quality systems are aligned to support current operations and future opportunities. His collaborative leadership style and broad business expertise contribute to the company’s long-term success and operational effectiveness.
